Dr. Carol C. Skipper was born and raised in the City of Jersey City, New Jersey, the seventh child of eight.

Dr. Skipper attended a private all girl academy, Holy Rosary Academy in Union City, New Jersey prior to completing her Bachelor of Science degree at the Jesuit College, Saint Peter's College in Jersey City.

Dr. Skipper then continued her education at the medical school in Mexico, Universidad Del Noreste and completed her medical degree with a Fifth Pathway Certification from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York where she has been an alumnus since 1996.

Residency training in Family Practice Medicine was completed at Robert Wood Johnson at Capital Health at Fund in the 2000. During Dr. Skipper's residency training she served as Chief Resident in her final year, overseeing eleven other residents.

In 200, Dr. Skipper started her solo practice in Jersey City, New Jersey under the name of Premium Family Health Care, LLC., and also is the owner, founder, and Medical Director of an upscale medical spa, ReGenesis Medi Spa, Corp located in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Dr. Skipper is a devoted advocate of medical education for all, publicly speaks about health awareness, participates in missionary works aboard, and helps to support organization that advocate health. She is also a member of various organizations that advocate anti-aging, nutrition, and health awareness.

Dr. Skipper currently resides in Mercer County with her two daugthers.
