Chief Operations Officer ESBI Department Phillip D. Woolfolk most recently served as the Managing Principal & Profitability Advisor for Main Street Advisory, LLC. Phillip is a Senior Associate for the new social media App, Grapevyne, and is Co-founder of P & P Real Estate Investment Company, founded in 1989 focused on residential and commercial mixed used real estate. Phillip is a creative thinker and award-winning executive with a background that includes Chief Administrative Officer of a Charter School, Vice President & Fair Lending Manager responsible for fair-lending compliance, compliance training, and management for the seven-state market area of a multi-billion-dollar federal savings bank. He also served as the Community Development Management for low-and moderate-income residential mortgage lending for New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. He has expertise in Small Business, SBA, and commercial real estate lending. Phillip served on New Jersey Governor’s transition team, serving on both the Stronger and Fairer Economy and Encouraging Ownership and Inclusive Growth Sub-Committees. Phillip currently serves on the Boards of the African American Chamber of Commerce of NJ (aaccnj.com); US Patent Innovations, LLC, in Tacoma Park, Maryland. Over the years Dina has served the community as a MOM Volunteer at Ewing US Marine Corps Recruiting Station; Started and Managed a high school internship program to provide employment skills, for Bordentown Regional High School and Hamilton High West.
