Bydeia Harmon

​Born into loving but humble beginnings to Karen and Kenneth Harmon, a native son of North Philadelphia was born in 1982. It would be here that Bydeia S Harmon would grow to make the Harmon family name proud. Excelling athletically in multiple sports, as well as scholastically matriculating with honors within the Philadelphia Public school system. Graduating from Northeast High School Magnet Program in 1999, Bydeia would decide to attend the HBCU Delaware State University in Dover Delaware. Choosing a major of Finance and Banking he cultivated a multitude of relationships while shaping his mindset for success in the professional business arena.

After obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in 2003, Mr. Harmon would begin his professional career in Center City Philadelphia with Bank of America in the year 2004. With an office on Market St. directly across from the Philadelphia Stock Exchange his knowledge of the business world would grow vastly, partnering with numerous local business owners and community ambassadors. Accomplishing many business development goals individually and as a team leader would lead to a role as mortgage loan officer at BOA, as well as management roles with Wells Fargo bank and Santander Bank in Delaware throughout subsequent years.
