Partnership
The African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey (AACCNJ) formed a partnership with Gibbons P.C., formally known as the AACCNJ Pro Bono Alliance (Alliance). The Pro Bono Alliance provides certain pro bono legal services to AACCNJ members with annual
revenues of $500,000 or less.
Building on recent successful joint efforts between AACCNJ and Gibbons, both organizations are excited to once again combine forces to provide additional opportunities to assist minority and women-owned business enterprises and directly support certain AACCNJ member companies.
Pro Bono Services Are For:
Tax issues
- Bankruptcy
- Legal issues surrounding starting new business
- Employment issues (workers comp, termination, undocumented workers)
- Commercial landlord tenant issues
- Financial structuring for commercial venture
- Business ownership issues
- Liability issues
This program is for AACCNJ members only.
When a member completes the form their membership status must be current and in good standing in order to take advantage of our Pro Bono program.
