Viviana Lamm serves as our Principal of Risk Strategy Solutions, LLC an MWBE company. She provides personalized client assistance regarding all areas of employee health benefits, risk management and business development.

She oversees client relationships business development and business financials. Ms. Lamm has over twenty-three years of experience in the finance, insurance and technology industry; her primary area of expertise is in risk management and loss mitigation. She has provided benefit and risk management services for clients of all sizes. Much of her work focuses on savings opportunities, which stem from inefficiencies in plan financing, premium savings, network development,

utilization review and cost management.

She helps to restructure business and provide mentoring to small businesses and focuses on giving back to the communities in which she works.
